This place is a hidden gem. Literally it’s tucked away in the corner and forgot about! Hands down one of my favorite restaurants! This place has the best lunch deals around. My go too is the double cheeseburger with fries. It’s loaded with toppings. Don’t worry this isn’t your typical frozen patty, it’s fresh and seasoned perfectly. First time here. We sat at the bar. Fred, the female bartender, was awesome and friendly. We had the fried green beans, patty melt, tenderloin and fries. The patty melt was cooked perfectly. Meat comes from Costco and cooked fresh. We had 4 beers. Bill $44. We will go back. FYI the bar stools are not comfortable but they do have table and chairs and booths.

I came by on my way to visit Macomb for a tour of Western Illinois University. I was immediately greeted upon entering, and I received some of the nicest service around (shoutout to Fred). I enjoy going to local spots wherever I travel, and this place made me feel welcome on my trip. Food was excellent! 5 stars, would absolutely come by again whenever I'm back in sunny Peoria again!
