I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
BEST food I’ve gotten from a hardees. We usually go to Washington but they screw up our orders all the time. Our order was perfect here and fresh !!!!
Stopped by for a quick bite and the food was good and fresh. The window worker Vanessa was very nice and polite and even joked around with us. Very nice experience.

Hardee's has a team that works very well together, creating a positive atmosphere. The store is clean and the food is fresh and delicious. Some staff members, like TD, are very polite and helpful, making customers feel welcome. The burger is made from quality products and is very good. However, there can be a wait due to understaffing, but the meals are worth it. The crew is trying to get food out quickly, showing that they are working hard despite being overworked and underappreciated. Overall, Hardee's has a lot to offer, with friendly staff and good food, making it a place customers will definitely be back to.
