Unfortunately, the last couple times I have been here, they have ran out of something. Tonight, was especially bad. There was trash all over the ground and then, the trash can was overflowing onto the ground. The entire countertop where you check out was filled with excess food and it made my bag soggy as I carried it out to the car. They ran out of cheese and one of the marinated meats. The guy taking the order for the bowls was very nice but, they really like to skimp on the rice and meats now. This place has gone down hill and not sure why? I used to frequent this place a lot but, what I have dealt with the last couple of times, it has pushed me away. Probably won't be back to location for awhile

Tables were dirty and it wasn't busy. Have to pay double just to get proper meat portion you'll find at any other chipotle. asked for light spicy salsa and got extra. They should be informed Chipotle cannot garnish there wages for providing enough food.

The EP chipotle never fails to ruin my mobile orders. I order a quesadilla every time and every time I'm missing something.This is the order I just got tonight. No rice, no salsa, and no guac on the side even though it was specifically ordered and is supposed to come in the specific container for it.The chipotle on Sterling in Peoria has never messed up. I can't understand why it's so hard to get it right but know it's not worth my time getting food from here.Who knows, next time they'll barely give me my food at all. Not worth it.
