I mobile ordered a burrito and a bowl I will say I was late picking it up but upon getting there it was not on the mobile order shelf. So I go up to the cashier and ask about my order she says someone must’ve taken it and she’ll have to make me a new one. Then she proceeds to stand there and do nothing besides check out people in line when she could’ve stepped aside and put my order together very easily. We sat there for 30 minutes. So tired of going to this chipotle and then always being out of everything. It’s 6:00 and they are out of rice, cheese, queso, chips and sour cream. This has been going on for about a month now, every single week , this must be ran Terrible!! Peoria one is the exact same way!
Place was Filthy Dirty, Food looked like it had been sitting out on the Steamer Table all day and was almost all Empty and Crusty.. The $10.00 Steak Burrito Literally was so small it fit in the palm of my hand and half of that was the Tortilla bread!! It was Disgusting, I threw it in the garage after 3 bites!!
