Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. This was our first time in a Crumbl store, we will definitely be back to this facility! Great service, amazing cookies!
Only difficulty with this Crumbl store is sometimes they say they are sold out of a certain favorite flavor of cookie online... so I pick another less wanted flavor and at the time of pick up - there in-person, the favorite flavor is magically there. At pick up, it's frustrating to see this as I usually don't make staff switch out less desired cookie for the favorite one as time is a factor or length of line.
