The location in East Peoria has horrible customer service. I and my husband walked in their store. there were two ladies at the counter and they did not speak to us. no greeting anything to other women who were not our color walked in. they spoke Hi how are you and we got nothing to me. that's poor customer service , we won't shop at that location. the other one in Peoria we have never had a problem with. at the time we were the only ones in there . merely an observation

Great place to purchase FRESH seafood and seafood salads. Stuffed salmon is so yummy. Fresh cod makes great cod tacos. Fresh shrimp make great shrimp fajitas.

Stopped to get scallops. I am a huge fan of Hell's Kitchen and a fish lover. So I wanted to try cooking them and ultimately eating them. I cooked four of them and tried to skillfully cook them like they do on HK and they were delicious!!!!!!!! They purchase l made at Dixon's resulted in huge scallops and I was in heaven. They are pricey, but I froze 6 in separate containers of 3 each, so I will be enjoying them again. 10 scallops run around $30.00, but I get three meals out of them. Yummy!!!!!!!

Just moved up from Texas and was missing some good quality seafood. Searched the web and found this place. Lots of selection, and they were great with my son, they took a lobster out for him to check out and he thought it was so cool. Very friendly service. Would definitely recommend! Price was quite high from what we are used to, but it's a different state, so I can't compare it fairly.

A top quality seafood vendor in the Midwest. ( Something that is hard to find here in the flatlands!) Great selection of dips, salads and pre-prepped seafood items. I'm never disappointed!

They have a great selection and I've always gotten great advice from the clerks. The selection does rotate based on what they have available, but I've never failed to put together a good dinner.

We love the crab cakes. Better than at a restaurant! They also make them special on Valentine's Day!

Dixon’s is a local treasure. I have purchased fresh seafood here for more than forty years. The quality is what one would expect at a coastal seafood supplier and the variety is often better. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
