We stopped for breakfast about 10 am. Biscuits were over cooked . Floors and walls need a good cleaning as well as the bathrooms. The young man on the front line (the only person up there) was running front line and drive thru). He was very nice. And working his but off. Had a room that door said Regional Training.. if that's the training store it was under par. I worked for Hardee's in Alabama for 6 years and Burger King for 8 as a Manager in both.

You guys should close this location and open a location in Morton. Much better customer service out there and you guys are going to have a much better product and a restaurant that is doing much better. At the very least, if you're not going to move locations, you guys should stry to have better employees much like Chick-fil-A or Culver's. Because if you don't do that much like Freddy's, you're only going to get a portion of what you deserve. If you're...

I've been to every Hardee's in the peoria area an east peoria hardess in my opinion has the best service atmosphere an general customers service I've encountered I go here every morning for the breakfast an in some case dinner as well provided I get up earlier enough before work it's a great place I wish I could truly say that about all places I've been which are substantial however I cannot but I can say it about the east peoria hardess
