It is ridiculous that you must scan a QR code to order food. We walked in at 12:15pm for lunch. One other customer was standing working thru the process on their phone. We had gift cards and wanted to sit down inside to eat. Couldn’t find the item on app as we were new to app. The staff was all waiting on the drive thru and would not even look up. We finally gave up and walked out, got in the car and went thru the drive thru where we could actually tell someone what we wanted....

Felt sorry for the manager and they're working. It was himself and one guy in the back.
All the rest of the people called in. What's wrong with people. I tell you the guy did an excellent job for being alone.

Staff was great even though the drive thru was busy they still made the inside customer feel greeted and they were beyond friendly. They were rush around but in a professional manner to get all customers served timely! I’ve worked food service and can see the had a great leader (Tamara) you could really tell her crew enjoy and strive to work for her!! A
