Did the East Peoria location close!? It has been closed yet google says it’s open….
I went by there and the website says it was open come to find out by calling another store it was closed there's no sign on the door and no sign on the window saying temporarily close nothing like that the website it was open that's basically false advertisement I have worked and restaurant business for 20 plus years and if you're going to say you're open and you're not open that's all you lose business you lose customers and everything else I can understand if you're doing remodeling and everything else but you need to actually have a sign or update your website and saying you are closed
Overpriced, my egg white omelet was brown from being overcooked. The steak omelet was mostly egg and hashbrowns and the bacon added to the omelet was more like bacon bits. We will never go back. The service was poor.

I like this IHOP because I remember the tradition and great pancakes and that metal syrup carrier with different flavors. The great service and the conversation. This one serves good food but isn't friendly...its.a.culinary transcation...not a destination....yall remember going to IHOP was a destination..a memory..and event..with big family groupings that would tax the staff but thre people would work the tablet like a baet of service. Please don't misunderstand..food thumbs up...service..eeeh...not so .much..
Food was good, service was good. Waitress was friendly
Teresa the hostess was rude and the wait and was talking about us to other wait staff and there was no manager on duty and the server that came to our table was rude to us as well and so we left and went to another restaurant and had excellent service they will get a review as well and it will be excellent

I wish I cloud give 0 star. Theresa is a terrible, rude, angry, unpleasant and unprofessional person. Server is extremely rude as well. They refused to let me speak with the manager. I would never go back to this place again. Please do you do not spend your money here.
I have been to many IHOPs in several states. This IHOP was a disaster, waited for almost 50min to get pancake’s, Omelets and hash brown. Pancakes were undercooked, omelet was not even hot, I even told them light cheese but it was filled with cheese. We even waited for our Cheque, had to go and pay ourselves and guess what it was not even crowded.
Food was good. Price was good and so was staff.
The worst experience ever. Our server was on here cellular talking when she brought out our that was cold and for another table. When walking to the bathroom I saw all the waitresses texting and or talking on the phone. The hostess was in the back Is flirting with while people were waiting to be seated. This location doesn't even deserve one star. Just moved here from Chicago and this experience is a sign to keep going west.
Good food had a little bit of a wait because some employees didn't want to work besides that they did a good job and my food was excellent.
