long john silvers east peoria sucks!! Just got home from getting 4 fish and 4 chicken and other food and was cold, this place over cooks the chicken or they give out cold food!! Long john silvers used to be the best place to eat, anymore you can make it at home and tastes 100% better!!

Yesterday we were in there very unhappy, everybody was pretty nice, but I told them we wanted double bacon, cheeseburgers and fries, while the fries were cold, the people that were sitting next to us. They said theirs was cold and I watched the guy that brought their food. He put a plate on the table, but it was in between two different tables, and it almost fell in the floor now, why would he put it on two different tables to Teeter, totter back-and-forth before it fell on the floor luckily I saw it and another girl saw it and we told the other girl. Over there, to put it on a table. Befor it fell.That was very aggravating.And then I told the young girl that I did not want the aeoli, garlic. On it, I said no, let's leave that off. I got sat down, looked at the burger and it had it on there. Well, I know that that is mayonnaise and don't tell me it isn't because it is i am not stupid I do not like mayonnaise.It bothers my stomach and they were about not to give me a new one I had told her the guy at the grill told me well it's not on there. I said no, but it should have been because I told her I did not want it so they did finally gave me a new burger but it aggravated me because I had told her and she didn't even put it on there. The last time we were in there befoe this time the food was awful. We got fish and chicken dinners so we thought we would try the burgers, which were good if they would get your order right and she tried to shirt, my boyfriend $10. I don't know if that was an honest mistake or not. After everything else. Like I said, we were not the only ones that was not happy.

I called the store and a manager named Matt answered the phone. I asked if they were going to be open and was told yes “aaaallllllllll dddddaaaaayyyyyyyy” in a very rude manner. I did not go to eat there because the weather was so bad, but then it got me thinking why in the world was Long John Silvers even open in a snowstorm. You are literally putting your employees and those around them in danger. You are definitely NOT a company who cares about the welfare of your employees over the little revenue you will get on a day like today.

Very disappointed in this LJS location. I ordered the two piece fish and coleslaw. The fish tasted like it had either been sitting there for a while or was reheated. It was not good at all.
