They gave our food to the wrong and right after she returned the food, he handed it to us. Why did we have to ask for them to remake it? That is so unsanitary and disgusting. I’m calling health department tomorrow. Train better or close.

I usually have a decent experience at this location. However, here lately it's been a very slow process. I was in the drive through for about 10 minutes, waiting to pay and another 5 minutes to receive my food. The drive through soda fountain was down, so no drinks were given with the order, they wanted to charge extra for bottled water. I finally went into the restaurant after waiting so long. The fountain machine works in the lobby. I politely ask for the cups for my order and proceeded to get my order. Another thing that made me furious was the young lady on her phone while drive through was backed up. She saw me looking and bent over to continue on her phone. I'm not against ppl having their phones at work, but when it's backed up, the phones become problematic. Do better McDonald's.

They forgot my sauce when I went through the drive through so I went inside to get it and I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me. All the workers just looked at me and kept working, not one came to help me, along with 2 other people waiting for there order to be taken. Terrible costumer service

I been trying to get in contact with the owner of this location. My son has racial slurs spoken to him by three managers at this location. My son just got hired on at this location and for three white managers is not acceptable. I asking for them to be fired! no telling how many other minority have been harassed by these managers at this location. My son doesn't feel comfortable back to work there a straight shame on McDonald's! Your truly a very angry and disgusted parent! 😠 Nobody wants to be accounted for their actions. This happened on June 20 2025 around 6:20pm
