This place is a good experience. Food is good as expected and the staff are always polite and helpful. Noodles is one of my favorite franchises however I'm now limited to maybe one visit per month due to the prices. Portion to cost ratio are out of touch and I'm not sure who's responsible for that, so be prepared to bring the wallet. I hope they see this and seriously reconsider their targeted demographic.

I got a lot of hype from someone about this place only to try it and was disappointed. The mac n cheese was extremely dry and a bit chewy, which means it was probably over-cooked.
They weren't super busy, but they were behind on orders and seemed to have trouble keeping up. I kept waiting for someone to not be so busy so I could ask for a to-go box(not sure why because it wasn't that great), and it looked several minutes before someone noticed and got us a couple...

if i could rate tabitha 10000000000000% i would. we just moved to the area and we’re feeling a bit down, decided to stop into noodles as it had been years since trying it. tabitha went above and beyond to help us understand the menu, make substitutions for us, and explain what options would appease our spicy palate.
