The food was great! However it was the staff. They was openly complaining about how they have to do their job and saying under their breath (but loud enough to hear) saying don't nobody eat at home no more and as more ppl would walk in They would say and on a Thursday don't yall know how to cook. Not ok.

Ended up ordering MILD chicken tenders, found out the gave me spicy, went back to tell them about the mistake and meanwhile trying to get out of my car, my phone falls out of my pocket, hits the ground and cracks the screen, all wouldn't have happened if they gave me the MILD tenders as I asked for/ORDERED Having to come all the way back and complain about it caused this whole inconvenience, Then once I do get to tell them what happened with the tenders they say "we don't have any mild tenders" so why did you give me spicy? Couldn't have you told me that to begin with?

Sat in line for a total of 40 minutes. I finally get to where I can place my order and was told to give him a minute and I waited another 20 minutes. I drove to the window and now I'm still being ignored while the guy is looking at me. Worst service ever. The only people they worry about are those who went inside. I watched 5 other cars leave. That place needs an overhaul with better management and employees. I will never go back again!!

We came in for lunch last Sunday & will Never go back! We were 3rd in line of people waiting. 4-5 people ordered after us. Every order was filled except ours And there was something wrong with Every Other order! We were finally told it would be Another 5-8 min due to no chicken was ready! SORRY! This is unacceptable!
I demanded a refund & after received it, we left! This place needs to close or get BETTER management!!!!!

Skip this establishment. Workers were unfriendly and seem like they would just rather not be there. The chicken tenders were dry and the biscuit was hard enough I could have knocked somebody out with it.

I would like to leave zero stars but it makes me give a star worst experience of my life I specifically asked for no mayo they basically dumped the whole jar on all sandwiches packages tosses around in bag food thrown around and employees whi just seemed like they didn’t want to do their job and were bothered by not wanting mayo

Ordered through the drive through. The service was slow and the employees talked loudly to each other about things outside of work and didn’t acknowledge me at all. The food was dry and this is the large mashed potatoes I was given. Awful. Will not be returning

Got 3 things the order on the screen was correct but got all 3 things wrong after having to wait quite a while. First time coming here in like a year cause of the same issues. Not coming back again.

So there was a new guy, which I have patience for that. But no one was actually (genuinely) helping him take orders. The food was hot and good. Somehow two combos, a dr pepper and a hawaiian punch ended up having to be corrected from one combo to two, two dr peppers to the correct drink order, and we still ended up having like 3lbs of fries. I ordered cajun fries AS my side for both meals, not two extra sides of fries. The hawaiian punch was solid syrup and i had to fill 2/3 up with water for my kids. I think if someone legitimately spent time training him, the order would have been fine.

Ordered a large combo of the 5 piece spicy chicken tender meal with fries and coleslaw. Ordered a regular 3 piece meal with just fries. Didn’t bother to check the bag..wishing I did now. But came home to a couple chunks of spicy cold dry chicken tenders with just a biscuit and 3 piece cold dry regular chicken tenders with a biscuit. Paid almost 30$ for it. Tried to call- no answer and mailbox is full :) wouldn’t recommend to even the guy on the corner.

First off as a business owner and a supervisor this store doesn’t look clean from the outside looking in. The you g lady that works night shift 9pm. Served old chicken that is dried out and burnt. I brought the chicken back to receive the same but worse.
Close if you can’t provide what people are asking to pay for. Fresh drop chicken to order if it’s getting close to closing. Time management with a plan is very important.
Corprate office if you are reading this please follow up with training your employees.

I wish I could leave 0 stars, the staff is very rude. I didn't get everything I ordered. The chicken I did get was cold, soggy. The coleslaw tasted like pickles, the mac n cheese was also cold and chunky overcooked. Paid $30 and nothing was as even close to good as it use to be!
