Had wait 20 min in drive thu was told to pull up went inside for refund and manger said it was my fault for not coming and they don't give refunds and didn't want give me my food about call the police I'll never be back

**HEADQUARTERS AND MANAGEMENT. It was an online order. They had 25 minutes to make it. They got the order wrong. I had to go back in to get a sandwich that takes 7 minutes to make and wait. The chicken strips are the tiniest strips I’ve ever seen in my life. They were 2 inches long. We like Popeyes, but East Peoria, IL has the worst one. I was not rude. I am never rude to people working in fast food restaurants, but this is why people are rude to people that work in these establishments. Take some pride in your work and focus on what you’re supposed to be doing.

I ordered food on the app at 5:30 and got there at 6 and the food wasn't ready or even started while the employees and manager were sitting on their phone. I waited another 45 minutes to finally get my food! And all while other customers were coming and going! I am an experienced line cook and chicken only takes about 14 min not an hour and 45 min!

first time in years we've been back to Popeyes. It was much improved over our previous experience. Food tasted like the oil had been changed recently and the staff was pleasant to communicate with. they've won me back for now. I will return soon.

I'm a little irritated. Tonight I ordered the 4pc chicken combo and received all dark pieces and no white. I called the restaurant and asked them about it. The person said they were out of white meat pieces, I understand if that's the case, however I was charged for two white and two dark and that's what was on my ticket. Anyway, the person said if I go in I could get a free meal of the same order, but she couldn't do it online. Which I'm not happy about considering i ordered it online in the first place. Thank you Popeyes. I appreciate this, alot. You definitely lost a customer.

The food was great! However it was the staff. They was openly complaining about how they have to do their job and saying under their breath (but loud enough to hear) saying don't nobody eat at home no more and as more ppl would walk in They would say and on a Thursday don't yall know how to cook. Not ok.

Ended up ordering MILD chicken tenders, found out the gave me spicy, went back to tell them about the mistake and meanwhile trying to get out of my car, my phone falls out of my pocket, hits the ground and cracks the screen, all wouldn't have happened if they gave me the MILD tenders as I asked for/ORDERED Having to come all the way back and complain about it caused this whole inconvenience, Then once I do get to tell them what happened with the tenders they say "we don't have any mild tenders" so why did you give me spicy? Couldn't have you told me that to begin with?

Sat in line for a total of 40 minutes. I finally get to where I can place my order and was told to give him a minute and I waited another 20 minutes. I drove to the window and now I'm still being ignored while the guy is looking at me. Worst service ever. The only people they worry about are those who went inside. I watched 5 other cars leave. That place needs an overhaul with better management and employees. I will never go back again!!

We came in for lunch last Sunday & will Never go back! We were 3rd in line of people waiting. 4-5 people ordered after us. Every order was filled except ours And there was something wrong with Every Other order! We were finally told it would be Another 5-8 min due to no chicken was ready! SORRY! This is unacceptable!
I demanded a refund & after received it, we left! This place needs to close or get BETTER management!!!!!

Skip this establishment. Workers were unfriendly and seem like they would just rather not be there. The chicken tenders were dry and the biscuit was hard enough I could have knocked somebody out with it.

I would like to leave zero stars but it makes me give a star worst experience of my life I specifically asked for no mayo they basically dumped the whole jar on all sandwiches packages tosses around in bag food thrown around and employees whi just seemed like they didn’t want to do their job and were bothered by not wanting mayo
