“I go to this Potbelly's a couple times a month. Usually take my wife and grandkids. We all love the food. You walk through to order and pick out what toppings you want on top. Try the Wreck and Italian sandwiches. My 11 year granddaughter loves the regular Italian with all the regular toppings, but no hot peppers. The big pickle is good. Give it a try.“

“I had an okay time but this one worker Lydia who might be a short bus hire if you get what I mean… she got my order wrong and when I went to complain she said nope that’s the right order then I pulled out the receipt and she just read what she wanted and kept denying that she got it wrong so? At least she was entertaining me because she’s definetly playing a satire character then after I finished the food that I was given still wrong Lydia gave me stank look but she kinda had a lazy eye so I could be wrong anyways very funny“

“This is my first time in years coming here. My aunt and I use to come all of the time before she passed because we stayed at the hotel a lot and this was always our go-to dinner spot. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the guy running the cashier did act like he didn't wanna be there or love his job. He was very short with people. But I also look at it from his perspective on the other side. Some of the customers ahead of me were not nice and rude to him. But I tried understanding and even gave a tip after ordering and thanked him. My food came out nice and hot. It was still fresh when I got back to my hotel room. The bun was a little overcooked but it was still yummy! I will be back again!“

“if i could rate tabitha 10000000000000% i would. we just moved to the area and we’re feeling a bit down, decided to stop into noodles as it had been years since trying it. tabitha went above and beyond to help us understand the menu, make substitutions for us, and explain what options would appease our spicy palate. She even went out of her way to bring out some spice mix for us to try , on the house! never have i ever had such a great experience at a restaurant, let alone a chain. tabitha made an already wonderful meal taste amazing. i love tabitha.“
