Last week, I ordered 4 smoothies online for pick up at the East Peoria, IL location. Upon arrival, there were 4 smoothies in the pick up spot on the counter and we told thr employee that we had a pick up and the name. She handed us a carrier for the 4 drinks and helped put them in there. We didn't notice until we got home, 30 minutes away, that they gave us someone else's smoothie and we did not receive one of ours that we ordered. Don’t work here yoy won’t get paid. Just told to keep coming back to pick up your check
Went here July 26th to get my normal drink and got home to realize it was made wrong and did not taste good at all I called to speak to a manager and there was no manager at that time so I called Monday and got to speak to a manager only to be told that she can't do anything to make it right that the "policy " says you have to bring it back the same day which the girl Fri never said anything about a policy and why should I have to make an extra trip for someone else's mess up...read full review
