Came here to order 1 hot white mocha and have been waiting over 10 minutes to get my order. There's been several people that arrived after me and they have gotten their orders and left. This is unacceptable and the manager needs to get on their asses and get their priorities straight. Customer service here sucks.

The service was great, came here with a friend for a coffee date. We really struggled hearing each other in the lobby. The lobby wasn't busy at all, it was the music. Very very loud. Felt like I was in a club! Great coffee though!

The young man with brown hair and glasses is EXTREMELY RUDE at the window just now around 3:45pm and that’s a real shame! He was extremely arrogant and condescending about making our drinks as “iced when we ordered hot”. He simply didn’t hear the correct order and the way he handled the situation is pathetic. He argued that he asked us “multiple times” and that’s simply not the case then he demanded the first cup back raising his voice as if I wasn’t going to hand it back anyway. That same man left the window to go remake our drinks and that’s a big No No. Someone who was just yelling through the window will not remake my drink, nope. The manager offered to make it after I informed her I wanted a refund instead but I couldn’t get her attention through the drive thru window to tell her to make it with oat milk so I just drove around went inside and got a refund. All of this could of been avoided if the rude condescending Harry Potter wasn’t working the window and politely went and remade our drinks Hot, not iced, like I ordered in the first place. One star service!

I go here every morning with my fiance. She loves Starbucks. But they treat us like friends when we walk in and always have our order ready. They know who we are when we walk in, and know her order by heart. But nonetheless, they’re great and the food/drinks are always great too.
I mean its a starbucks, you cant really go wrong. Its expensive but thats also kinda a meme. At this location Thomas is such a great cashier and all the baristas and nice and efficient. I would recommend this starbys.

They always say hello when you walk in the door with a smile on their face. When I approach the register they are read to take my order. But they don’t rush me if I’m not. Sometimes I ask questions and they are happy to answer. My drink is always how I like it. I explain to them how I like it and they get it right almost every time.
