The staff are nice and the food it always good. If something it ever wrong just tell them and they will make it right. Only reason for only 4 stars is the lobby is often really cold which isn't great if eatting inside.

The employee very friendly the order were correct the only down fall the dining room was kept so cold like the heat was broke other than that it was clean and well taken care of but this time of year dining room needs to be warmer

This particular Taco Bell has a problem with calling in their doordash orders. For some reason the orders are never ready. The other night I was in there. And there was five doordashers sitting in there for 20 minutes plus waiting on their order. They decided they were going to go ahead and do drive-thru first. Now, as far as I'm concerned as a doordasher, this seems like you guys are violating your contract with doordash. And you guys need to learn how to operate the system a little bit better. Make sure the food's up before you call out the order. And do not serve doordashers last that is repugnant. In fact, if you could my name, please don't take any more orders from me. I would ask of you. Your little conveyor belt Taco building operation runs too slow. You got eight people back there and you're making two tacos every 2 minutes. That's not good. It might make you feel good to sound like chef Ramsay but you're not. You're making tacos and there's too many of you guys for their only to be a minimal amount of tacos being made. All it was was a bunch of women moving slow. Feeling good about themselves. I say if it's moving that slow you need to hire more men and you definitely need a male manager because he wouldn't deal with that amount of slowness. Morton Taco Bell does it fine by the time you show up? The order is going to be there within the next 3 minutes. East Peoria it seems like there's no discipline down in that store. Maybe the managers don't want anybody to feel bad but that's not how it works.
