One day I went thru the drive thru to get something to eat before work. Got up to the window that female had a bad attitude 👎. I'll never visit this Wendy's again. I'll go across town.

I waited in line for 20 minutes before I ordered and 15 minutes while I was at the pay window while the lady was on the phone and got up and left the window. I paid at second window got my food and left. I did not get what I ordered and the food was cold. This was the third time the service and food was terrible.

Baked potato was hard and dry. There wasn't enough cheese. Not as clean as other Wendy's we have visited. Employees were talking about personal problems loud enough to hear a lot of conversation. Somewhat disappointing
