The four of us joined for dinner and this was our first time here. When the old Casino Queen had their fine dining, it was much better. The waiter was just OK, Calamari was DELICIOUS, drinks were particularly good as the bread, atmosphere was disappointing....thought we would have 5-star dining but it was only 3.5 stars. Before they would send my steak back (ordered medium rare and it came out well done) the Manager had to be called to the table for them to prepare a new steak. The waiter did not apologize but rather had to show us his piece of paper showing that he ordered it correctly. What happened to getting a salad with your dinner? I will go back for a second chance and hope the staff gets 5 star training in the meantime.
We went to Bridgeway for the Valentines Day special and let me just tell you it was not as advertised. They showed a picture of food on the advertisement that was not even offered as a course. The food that was offered was sub-par. Our waitress was fantastic and I give her 5stars but everything else was atrocious. Even the hostess had a terrible attitude

Delicious 4 course meal! I had the 5oz filet with blackened shrimp. My husband had the 15 Oz strip. From our crab cakes appetizer right to the cheesecake Brule ?. Everything prepared to perfection in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Everything was perfect except the offensive attitude the hostess caught when we asked her to take our picture when we were the only ones there. Why not?? We were celebrating a birthday and couldn't get a pic?

Staff was not prompt.Ordered the 4 course mothers day specials I didn't get any of my 1st two courses until i had to tell them. The crab dish was cold the dessert I ordered was cheesecake it was room temperature & not cold. Never will I eat here again $45 for $10 worth of food & plus the experience was not worth the money spent.

The attendant said she could not see my reservation because their open table was not working. They didn't have the steak and bake for 25.00 as advertised. We had to wait from 7:10pm until after 9pm for our food after asking the server several times what's going on. Guests coming in after us received their meals and left the 2 managers we spoke with said they had to investigate then blamed the server.
This was our Valentine dinner, but when we arrived the hostess told us to go next door to the carry out Chicken restaurant or the Draftking Sports bar because they were closing for the evening. I informed her we had reservations for 9:00pm, she wanted me to prove it to her so I showed her my phone app. She then seated us, but it was as if we were in their way because they were prepping for the next day.The meal was prepared, but she rushed us after bringing out the carry out dessert containers by informing us we were free to leave. I don't understand how a restaurant can forget that a patron has made reservations for a special occasion. Undoubtedly they don't check their schedules of reservations!

Went for a Valentine's Day dinner. Food was good. Everything was cooked properly and served in a timely fashion. Server was good. Took a long time to get drinks, especially since there wasn't many people there. We sat towards the front on the dining area unfortunately. There should be some sort of divider or glass between the restaurant and the hallway/casino
I purchased the New Year's eve package which included dinner at Bridgeway. They served a limited menu. The food was good. I think the service was lacking due to the amount of people attending this event.
We were very disappointed with our experience at Bridgeway, our meal was not cooked as ordered my wife's steak had to be sent back as it was under cooked, the lobster was cold as were my vegetables. The noise level coming from the band/DJ which was located just outside the restaurant was very loud making it very difficult to carry on a conversation. Speaking with the couple next to our table they had to send some of their meal back also as it was cold and undercooked.

We had a good experience and will go back. We had the prime rib dinner. May I suggest that they eliminate some kind of spice. I'm thinking it was thyme maybe. Took over the overall flavor. Other than that it was tasty tender and a nice portion. Needed tums when I got home. Ready to try a different dish unless they eliminate the thyme.

Host was ok. Efficient but nothing to make us feel welcome. Wait staff was excellent and we were waited on quickly. Drinks were served quickly but the entrees were disappointing. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp with Vegetables. Shrimp was so salty that the Cajun seasoning was overpowered. Vegetables great. My quest had the Grilled shrimp Alfredo. Shrimp was not grilled and the Alfredo lacked flavor. Very Bland

The servers were confused with the food to the wrong tables. Also, the wait was long before the second course was servered. No one removed the used dishes from our table,, yet they finally brought the next course with no room to place it on the table. When I asked, he placed on order on the edge, began clearing our table with rt hand while still holding the second course in left hand. He placed the used dishes to a near by dirty table.

We had a reservation for 4 on Mother's Day. The hostess was great, the server was nice and the drinks were pretty good. But somehow the food we ordered was given to another table and then when they did finally bring our food over to the correct table it was cold and still messed up which caused another major delay. A terrible experience on Mother's Day. And we didn't get an apology or explanation of what happened
