The lady has a very bad attitude not customer friendly at all. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. The food is not good like it used to be. If I could give them a zero I would. I would not recommend eating here.

Never pick up the phone so we are never able to pre order always have to go in . Wait time is extremely long every time ! The lady there (owner perhaps) keep a god dang attitude that’s the biggest issue she’s so dang disrespectful it’s ridiculous and we never cause any problems! I’m tired of her and I’ve seen so many complaints about her on social media word of mouth and other online places! They are claimed to be out of things “most” of the time . Sometimes the order is wrong but overall the taste of the food is always on point so most feel the disrespect is worth it well i don’t

Great customer service with phone in orders, Accuracy of orders major. When she say 15 man or 25 min. she means that. Always on time. Everyone should try a Taystee Burger
Absolutely Horrible customer service. I purchased a regular cheese burger and a turkey burger. I'd been here before but never had their turkey burger. After receiving it once i got home I realized that the burger was not like the beef. Instead of the the meat being fresh and hand pattied like the beef, the turkey was a patty. The turkey burger was disgusting and I've had a many of turkey burgers. I called the restaurant 15 min after i left and was told by the lady that I couldn't return it and that I had made a bad decision. They refused to make another burger. Won't be doing back there EVER
