Great food, check. Great service, check. Wonderful environment, double check. My husband really likes the Plaid Coffe, which I believe they roast themselves, and I really like their iced tea, which has free refills. I often have their breakfast burritos or their lunch sandwiches, but today I came in for a coffee and a snack. Artisan is an amazing bakery/coffee shop in Edwardsville! It is locally owned by a hard working mother-son duo and you can tell as soon as you walk in! The food is amazing and so fresh. They get most of their main ingredients from local farmers or vendors.Not only is it a great place to read, eat and hang out, it's also a great place to work!!
