Delicious food ! Good service. Warm cozy atmosphere
I finally got the opportunity to try Aj's and I'm so happy I did! I loved everything - The hummus, the falafel sandwich and lentil soup. The atmosphere was welcoming and service was so friendly. I can't wait to frequent this cafe and try more!
Fantastic food and charming service! Casual and laid back and relaxing.

AJ'S Mediterranean is a highly recommended restaurant known for its flavorful and authentic Lebanese cuisine. Guests often praise the large portions and delicious food, including dishes like Shawarma Plate, Falafel, Grape leaves, Kibbeh, Soujouk, Tabbouleh, and Potatoes. The food consistently receives praise for being fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Many visitors enjoy trying new dishes and appreciate the friendly and kind staff, who provide helpful explanations of the menu items. The atmosphere inside is described as great, with a welcoming and beautiful setting, making it a pleasant place to dine in. The service is often highlighted as friendly and attentive, with staff sometimes entertaining toddlers and chatting with customers.
Takeout and delivery experiences are also positive, although some minor operational issues, such as delays in receiving orders and a stale pita, have been noted but do not detract from the overall quality. Desserts like Baklava, especially for pistachio lovers, add a sweet finish to the meal. Overall, AJ'S Mediterranean offers a fantastic dining experience with authentic, delicious food and excellent service, making it a must-visit spot that deserves more recognition in Edwardsville.
