Tried Bann Thai for the first time today and if I lived closer (I'm in St. Charles, MO) I'd probably be there weekly! From the Crispy Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls to the Pad Thai and the Three Musketeers, my girlfriend and I spent a good hour just saying, "Oooh this is SO good!" Our waiter was super friendly and helpful--easily the best service I've had anywhere since the pandemic. 5 stars, 10/10, etc.! Like they say in the movies, "We'll be back!"
I LOVE the food here. They said, the service is spotty at best. My biggest issue is the cleanliness....or lack of. The floor is always disgusting. Covered in crumbs and mess. This last time I went, the server took the corner too fast and sloshed half of my soup on the floor. Didn't acknowledge it, replace my soup or apologize. My crab Rangoon was swimming in the soup that hit the plate beneath the bowl. The soup on the floor was still there when left over an hour later.
I was truly blown away at how delicious the Thai Fried Rice was. The plate was huge and filled with tons of veggies and chicken. We were just passing through the area, but if we lived nearby, we would definitely come back more often. Well done!
