I like the McAlester's Club. Staff is typically very friendly but the drive thru can be too slow. At the drive thru today, I ordered 3 iced teas and had 1 car in front of me. It took 12 minutes before the car in front of me was able to pull forward.It seems that the drive thru wait time is normally greater than 15 minutes whether I just order drinks or a few meals.
Diner is always clean and comfortable, but the music can drown out a conversation. Food was delicious but the Portions are too big. I'd rather enjoy the dinner to be satisfied over being uncomfortably full. Kids portion was also too big. It feels like you're wasting money when no one can finish what they ordered.
