I used to come to Docs forever especially when it was at the strip mall. However, it seems like it’s gone down hill. I ordered an online order and went to the pick up door. I was then directed by staff to go to the order for dining in. I informed the staff that I saw my order on the counter and they said that “ Just couldn’t hand me that food and I needed to wait in line”. I wait in line for about 10-15 mins it a busy night. Today was my second time in two weeks trying to place a pick up order without success. In both attempts I was put on extended hold, 25 minutes +, and was never able to place an order. Today I hung up after 15 minutes , called back, and intend to tell the employee no I will not hold but they did not give me that chance as they put me on hold before I could respond. I was then on hold another 16 minutes before giving up and calling another restaurant who was happy to take my order....read full review
Tried the smoked meatloaf for the first time and don’t know if I can go back to baked. Portion sizes were decent for price and pick-up time reasonable.
