I hate to say it, but I’ve been frequenting this Steak n Shake for a pretty long time, only to watch it bleed out any quality service it once had. Though, I can’t blame the workers. I’ve known a few that worked here and each has said that it was the worst job they’ve ever had. Went through the drive thru and ordered. Didn't receive a receipt after I paid. Order was wrong. Manager - Jackie than refused to refund my money for the order after I came back literally 10 minutes after leaving the drive thru. Refused to check the cameras. I'll never go back. Worst experience ever.
I am here currently. There are a total of 12 people in this establishment. TOTAL. I walked in at 5 until 1am. It is currently 1:30 am and I JUST received a water. Meanwhile the other THREE tables (yes that is it) have also JUST received their drinks. No food orders taken yet. Food has been sitting a good 10 min in the window ready to be delivered.
