I’m usually not someone to leave reviews, but I felt the experience I had today should be shared. This was single-handedly the best experience I’ve had at a chipotle anywhere. The staff was incredibly nice and courteous, even towards my toddler kiddo! Despite being short staffed, they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, even when it was rush hour. The food was delicious and cooked super well. My husband said it was the best chicken he’s ever eaten at...

Guy at the counter today was not very friendly. The portions of food I got was minimal. My tortilla chips were burnt and stale. The lobby was clean and well stocked. I stop thru Effingham twice a week. This was my first visit to this chipotle :(

The blandest bowl I have ever ordered! And, I love this chains food….. I had to ask for dressing to finish my bowl while on the road…. Not sure where the flavor was lacking…. But it was lacking….,
Bathroom unisex and was not the cleanest ever…..
