The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review
Stopped by while on the road and did not dine in, so this will reflect that. Ordered at a kiosk, which made things go faster. There was some confusion on the drink dispenser, which requires scanning a printer QR code to work. Some explanation at the kiosk or a sign would have helped. But overall clean, fast, slightly noisy, but it was a good stop for us.
I got the butter steak burger and that thing was dripping like a Nashville sewer rat which is nice if you’re in to that. Also I was rather unimpressed by the small garbage holes by the trash but after dropping a greasy hog in the toilet I noticed the toilet paper was a couple more ply’s then I’m used to which was awesome!
