“I don’t like to leave poor reviews but hoping this will help the restaurant do better. We ordered at 1:09 pm, at 1:30 I finally went up front to check on our food. I did this because I saw others eating that were in line behind me. My tray with my children’s meals was sitting there, holding on cheese curds. I was able to grab my food. My bun was as hard as a rock, food was Luke warm. They should have brought my food then brought out the curds later. Also, I received 12 cheese curds, this was very upsetting considering it’s a $2 up charge for curds. Never had issues in the past, hoping just a fluke because we love Culver’s!“

“I have Celiac disease and other food allergies. They always go above and beyond to make my sub in a tub so as not to cross contaminate with wheat or dairy. One of the only local places that I trust.“

“Cruiser's is a drive through burger, chicken & fish place. Fries, cheese curds onion rings etc. The food is made fresh while you wait and it only takes a few minutes to get your order. My fries were so fresh I had to let them cool before I could even eat them. Food is SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! If you're ever in the area, this is a Definite MUST stop to eat!!! Oh and the portions are also very generous! I wasn't able to eat my whole meal. Even with my 3 pups helping me.“

“I was driving between Indy and StL and craved long johns. I haven't had it in forever because most of them near me have closed. This place was very friendly and dropped fresh hot fish and sides for me. My only complaint is that I wish they'd have put a few sauces in the bag. I'm sure I could have asked but I didn't think to until too late. Food was hot and delicious.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“I went through the drive-thru on August 10th around 1 PM and wanted to give a shoutout to the wonderful lady working the window! She’s the same person I normally see, and she is ALWAYS amazing. She’s incredibly friendly to both my husband and me, fast, accurate, and has absolutely top-notch customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves. She’s a huge asset to this location and definitely deserves some recognition! ❤

“My husband and I are from Grand Rapids, MI, and we just stopped in today, on our way to Mississippi. Today is our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Great service, very friendly staff, and Great Manager whom helped us. The sandwich was made perfectly. Keep up the great work.“

“They were super busy with a long drive-thru line, but the guy at the window was so friendly and cheerful. It honestly made me think he really enjoys his job. And you just can’t beat a Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich—so good every time!“

“They were swamped when we stopped there. They took care of everyone in a timely manner! Our sandwiches were made to our orders. Oh, and during this very busy lunch rush the local Health Dept was there on a routine inspection. When, things slowed down the started cleaning the preparation area and restocking supplies and the food. One young man, Max, came out into the dining area and cleaned the tables. Kudos to the staff!“

“My daughter and I go here every payday. It's our favorite place to eat. They are so nice, my daughter likes to bring her cat and the employee's love to see her at the drive thru. I can't get over how we always come through drive thru, and the food is still always perfect.“

“Went through the drive through tonight at 2 am, (black friday morning) the only people working was a man and a woman. the man who served us was amazing and quick, for it being so early and just after thanksgiving he had amazing charisma and an amazing attitude!!! thank you mcdonald’s !“

“I try to stop in every time I go to Effingham because we do not have one in our area. I ordered a county club on wheat. It is normally just cut down the middle but today they cut it diagonally and I don't know why but it made me smile and it tasted so much better lol it's the little things ☺️“
