“I don’t like to leave poor reviews but hoping this will help the restaurant do better. We ordered at 1:09 pm, at 1:30 I finally went up front to check on our food. I did this because I saw others eating that were in line behind me. My tray with my children’s meals was sitting there, holding on cheese curds. I was able to grab my food. My bun was as hard as a rock, food was Luke warm. They should have brought my food then brought out the curds later. Also, I received 12 cheese curds, this was very upsetting considering it’s a $2 up charge for curds. Never had issues in the past, hoping just a fluke because we love Culver’s!“

“I was driving between Indy and StL and craved long johns. I haven't had it in forever because most of them near me have closed. This place was very friendly and dropped fresh hot fish and sides for me. My only complaint is that I wish they'd have put a few sauces in the bag. I'm sure I could have asked but I didn't think to until too late. Food was hot and delicious.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “I went through the drive-thru on August 10th around 1 PM and wanted to give a shoutout to the wonderful lady working the window! She’s the same person I normally see, and she is ALWAYS amazing. She’s incredibly friendly to both my husband and me, fast, accurate, and has absolutely top-notch customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves. She’s a huge asset to this location and definitely deserves some recognition! ❤

“Cruiser's is a drive through burger, chicken & fish place. Fries, cheese curds onion rings etc. The food is made fresh while you wait and it only takes a few minutes to get your order. My fries were so fresh I had to let them cool before I could even eat them. Food is SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! If you're ever in the area, this is a Definite MUST stop to eat!!! Oh and the portions are also very generous! I wasn't able to eat my whole meal. Even with my 3 pups helping me.“

“They were swamped when we stopped there. They took care of everyone in a timely manner! Our sandwiches were made to our orders. Oh, and during this very busy lunch rush the local Health Dept was there on a routine inspection. When, things slowed down the started cleaning the preparation area and restocking supplies and the food. One young man, Max, came out into the dining area and cleaned the tables. Kudos to the staff!“
