“We went through the drive-thru and my husband ordered our meals BY NUMBER. We get to the window, get our food, and we are missing an order of fries. My husband goes in and tells them they forgot the fries. The girl proceeds to tell him that he only ordered a sandwich and a drink. He can pay for fries if he wants some. They refused to give him any fries, even though they messed up the order.“
