Always slow. just waited 40 minutes from getting in line to getting my food. Never been that bad. Usually 25 minutes.
We were with two other couples and wanted to get concrete mixers. They finished making the two couples orders and then we waited and waited. Several others got their ice cream orders before us and even ordered after us. We finally got ours but the other four had already finished theirs and was waiting in van by time we finally got ours. They had to of messed mine up because my cashew Carmel tasted like peanut butter.
I don’t like to leave poor reviews but hoping this will help the restaurant do better. We ordered at 1:09 pm, at 1:30 I finally went up front to check on our food. I did this because I saw others eating that were in line behind me. My tray with my children’s meals was sitting there, holding on cheese curds. I was able to grab my food. My bun was as hard as a rock, food was Luke warm. They should have brought my food then brought out the curds later. Also, I received 12 cheese...read full review
