The location in Effingham IL sucks sooo bad. The entire place just needs an overhaul. 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting on an order I already placed in the app because they are ALWAYS understaffed.
Just visited this location and I am VERY disappointed with what occured. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and it was made with LITERALLY 1 piece of ham. And I mean that one slice didn't even cover the palm of my hand!! I took pictures and I will post if possible. The staff told me that the ham egg and cheese normally only comes with 2 pieces and they will NOT substitute my egg for ham then they only put one slice on my sandwich.....
