VERY nice place. A special occasion type place for sure but don't wait for that if you are in the area. Its not cheap but you pay for what you get!!! Already making plans this time to bring some friends.
Had just implemented a new ordering system which they were struggling with. Our filet's were not done as ordered. The cauliflower side was very good, the mushrooms and the steaks themselves were very salty. The overall experience was below average especially given the price!

Second time attending The Firefly. Food was not as good as our previous dining experience. Seasonal Risotto should be amended. I had butterscotch risotto the last time and it was a 5 star dish. They should offer 4 risottos, one for each season. Keep them all on the menu all year for variety. Still one of the best restaurants you will ever eat at.

We've been regularly coming to Firefly for almost a year now. We're never disappointed. The food, service, and ambiance is always top notch and a must for our date nights!

We specifically came to Firefly for brunch. Our favorites are the omelets and slab bacon. However, both have been taken off the menu and we were disappointed. We tried the fritatta, which was just OK. The sides of crispy potatoes were soggy. We informed the server and they replaced the potatoes with French fries. The manager informed us they started cutting the potatoes differently, starting that day. They were a fail. The hot feta cheese dip with toasty bread was very good, the best part of the meal. I think our server was assigned too many tables. He did not come around very often, he had a lot of tables. We were there 1 1/2 hours for brunch. We like to take our time and enjoy a meal, but this meal was drug out too long. We eat at Firefly about every other month, we live over an hour away. We have enjoyed some great meals there, but some of the recent ones have been inconsistent. Firefly has an upscale vibe and a sophisticated menu. We expect better quality than what we got Sunday, February 25.
The food, service, and atmosphere are all excellent. I'll be back when I'm out that way again.

Enjoyed lunch at Firefly with family yesterday. Our server was fantastic! I had the bacon pesto pizza & an non alcoholic IPA beer. The service & food have always been awesome, everytime I've dined here with family.
I had always looked forward to stopping at this restaurant on my travels. The food is excellent. My last visit, however, left a sour taste in my mouth. Upon paying the bill, I was handed a receipt that included not only my generous tip, but an undisclosed 5% service fee. When I asked what it was for, they said to make sure the kitchen staff is appropriately paid. This was outrageous to me. They are putting their staff in a bad position of having to explain/defend the charge that was never disclosed until after you pay the bill. If you are not paying your staff enough, then that is your fault. I refused to pay the charge and they removed it from my bill. I presume they don't want to increase their already high meal costs, but that would be better than this method.

The food was really good. Not really crazy about the seating for a table of 2.....probably would have chose a high top table so that the people next to us weren't an arm length away. Also not sure why the special occasion question is on the reservation site when the occasion is not recognized. But this seems to be with any place that asks that question. Overall a good experience...

Our order wasn't put in and ultimately waited 70 minutes for our dinners, which were just salads with chicken. We came in before two large groups, but our orders got put in again after theirs, so big delays. They apologized with an unsolicited 10% off the check. Environs are cool but noisy in the big undamaged space. Salads were good. We saw lots of other food going by that looked good too. This was our second time going through town and stopping here; last time was a bit better.
