This was our first time at Fujiyama, we had always heard great things about it. However our experience was just okay. There was about a 15-20 minute wait for a table, no big deal pretty normal. We placed our order for appetizers and drinks, then eventually our entrees. The salads that came with our entrees made it to the table first, followed by one of our appetizers and our entrees. Visited for the 1st time and was impressed with everything. I went to the Hibachi and enjoyed a fresh salad, delectable hot soup, and delicious hibachi food. Really enjoyed the chef performance on the grill
Food was excellent as usual. My daughters first time so the fire was a little scary for her, but was expected and overall a great experience for all. Prices are to be expected, but is a little on the higher side, but that's what you get for dinner and a show.
