“Stopped here for dinner while in town for an evening stop-over. Traditional hibachi restaurant with a sushi bar / hibachi room / regular table room, etc. We chose the hibachi seating and ordered the hibachi meal and a couple of rolls. I ordered the volcano roll and the shrimp tempura rolls. These were good - but the rolls never come out how they are described to me. Anyway - hibachi was standard, the yum yum sauce was on the orange side but tasted good. What did impress me was the salad dressing. Was a white creamier sauce rather than the pulpish yellow dressing that I am used to. Overall - very good. Staff was friendly and attentive as well.“
