I can't have caffeine so when I ask for decaf, I expext decaf. It isn't fun finding out the hard way you had regular coffee.

Love going here! Staff is great and has become comfortable with us as we stop here quite a bit! They gave us free donuts before closing, which was so kind and a fun thing to surprise our family with! We come here to work, draw, write and sometimes just to hangout and talk- it's been a great atmosphere for everything! They're flexible with what drinks they'll make and they always come out tasting great;

The morning coffee crew needs to be retrained ASAP. For several days now my coffee has been absolute garbage. I always order a medium iced caramel latte, light ice. What I get, WITHOUT FAIL, is a milky monstrosity that has no caramel swirl and a full glass of ice. Today, in spite of it having so much milk (nearly pure white), all I could taste was bad coffee. Yet again, no caramel. Tons of ice. It's atrocious. The one time I've asked them to remake it, it came out worse....
