Ordered chicken parm sandwich over the phone in addition to a pizza. Sandwich is listed as coming on an Italian roll. It was delivered on a hamburger bun. I called Rosatis to inquire why a bun? It was stated that is what their business uses instead if the advertised roll. Did not enjoy this sandwich. Rosatis don't advertise something if you dont want to provide it.
Best Pizza around, and the service was outstanding. I stop in every time I'm in town.
Waited nearly 50 minutes to pick up a burned pizza- will not order from there again - when I got there they said it wasn’t done yet- I guess they think burned is acceptable.
