Great breakfast place! People are friendly , corned beef hash is very good. Misty is a super waitress . Ask her if you can try the home fries with gravy! She has great tots too!
Just enjoyed a great breakfast at Rise and Dine. Good service and atmosphere great. Staff very friendly and attentive. Good really good. Highly recommend.
