They're so busy with online, if you walk in you can be left standing for long periods of time waiting for someone to even notice or acknowledge you- They will flat tell you they're too busy with online for walk-in and the food is just ok- I think the new sandwich options are ok but you can get a better sandwich at the deli at the local market

On June 30th I ordered 3 subs via their app. $31.60 Went to pick them up and they said they had no record of the order. We showed them that the order was placed through the Eldorado location, but they said they couldn't do anything and that I would be refunded within a few days. After two weeks, I still haven't received a refund. Even contacted Corporate and all I got was crickets. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here anymore.

I just ordered my boyfriend and I 2 different footlong sandwiches, his was steak n cheese, mine was a roasted turkey. His came out good, mine was a disaster. The only thing I wanted more of was black olives, regular on everything else. I need to mention i ordered this on the Subway app. Well, my turkey sub when I got home was not cut correctly, and overboard on all toppings, and soggy as well from the garlic aioli sauce. I paid $23.00 for these sandwiches! Needless to say, I was not happy with how they made my sub. So, no more Subway app ordering from me, I'll either dine in or place an order to go there at the restaurant, so I can watch them make the order.
Our local Subway is a great little sandwich shop. I had called in an order about 5 min before they closed and they had it ready to go in a flash. Thanks guys!

Mobile orders are chronically pushed back behind any in store orders. One convenience of ordering ahead is that you don't need to wait to pickup your order. The redheaded guy at this store hates mobiles.
