I just ordered my boyfriend and I 2 different footlong sandwiches, his was steak n cheese, mine was a roasted turkey. His came out good, mine was a disaster. The only thing I wanted more of was black olives, regular on everything else. I need to mention i ordered this on the Subway app. Well, my turkey sub when I got home was not cut correctly, and overboard on all toppings, and soggy as well from the garlic aioli sauce. Subway is always fast and courteous with my orders, no matter which Subway shop I go to. I like that they take time to listen to what I want and how I want my orders, and want to make it to my liking. The prices are not bad, they are considerably inexpensive if you want something that is fairly a midsized sanwhich (6 inch) to a big sandwich (12 inch) depending on your hunger. Typically, a 5 star review for subway but last week we ran into a problem that WAS ultimately fixed.Green peppers and lettuce were soggy and may have been outdated.We were heading out of town and noticed how terrible the salad trully was. The taste, smelll and look of it made us uneasy.We returned the salad, purchased a sandwhich and back tract towards our destination.Answer we got: We've had a problem with the lettuce lately.Tine for a change?
