“They have the coldest beer, best pool table and the best service. It is a great atmosphere for couple's and singles to relax and enjoy the night or weekend. With some of the greatest live bands in the area and the poker runs through out the year it makes a great place to meet new people and enjoy a nice cold beer.”

“About a hr drive for us so we only go for the all you can eat Pork chops dinner and it is very good. Anybody that knows about this place talks about it. Definitely worth it. I put up to 30 min on the wait but I have never waited that long, they are very quick about getting you seated. Reservation recommended if you have a big group.”

So much food! Got fries and fried mushrooms and it was great and a great price. Great service too!mThe area is absolutely charming, and the views of the bluffs were spectacular. “We stopped in today for the first time. It was after the dinner rush close to closing. The staff was very friendly. We had the pork chops family style and the catfish fritter dinner. Both were delicious and arrived in a reasonable time. The staff checked on us frequently and made sure we were taken care of. Great comfort food. It was exactly what we were expecting. I grew up going to the original location when I lived in jerseyville, and the new location does a good job of carrying the same vibes. The menu has lots of choices and the prices are very reasonable. Great job bringing it back, and I’ll definitely be back when I am back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the new location is great for river and bridge views. Lucky to have barges passing by and watching the bridge being raised and lowered.”
