My family and I have been regulars here for years — my husband since he was a child. Unfortunately, our visit today was very upsetting.
While dining in and still enjoying our breakfast, our server unexpectedly brought us the check without us requesting it. We were both confused, as we hadn’t indicated we were finished and actually planned to order more bacon. The server placed the bill on our table without asking if we needed anything else or offering to-go boxes, which made the interaction feel abrupt and dismissive.
What made it even more uncomfortable was sitting there for another 20 minutes finishing our meal, watching other WHITE customers around us being treated differently, they were allowed to request their checks when they finish their meals & they were ready.
Usually, our experiences here have always been pleasant, and the staff kind and welcoming. But today’s encounter felt like a subtle microaggression, and it left us feeling disheartened. We truly hope this isn’t reflective of the values of this establishment, but after today, we’re unsure if we’ll return.

Service was poor. Waitress brought my soup after my burger arrived. She never checked on our drinks. I had to wave her down to get more tes. She never gave us water and we had asked for water. Food was very good.

i’m soooo disappointed with the manager i spoke to i been coming with my family for years at this place i basically grow up eating here. great staff by the way !BUT today i order a meal witch it didn’t look appetizing at all i wasn’t asking for a free meal i ask if i can return and it and get what i actually wanted the manager couldn’t even say good morning didn’t say he’s name and when he spoke he said YES ! i had to approach him with a good morning who iam speaking to . seems that he didn’t wanna be there try speaking over me acting like he didn’t wanna resolve the problem Joe you were sooo unprofessional if you don’t like what you do why work there ?i hope they change mangers with some they can solve small problems and have good costumer service and if you guys keep Joe ,get Joe the proper training pls

That's just outrageous for coffee. I know things are bad but I think when you paid an outrageous amount for breakfast at least they can comp your coffee. So sad.
