This place is NOT 24 hours. Although that’s what it says on Google. Pulled up at 9:23pm, one employee saw me and he shut off all the lights. Another employee was wrapping up a drive-thru customer. Then they proceeded to shut off the open sign. So I figured maybe the drive-thru is open. Nope, that was closed too. So we decided to drive over to the location at Clock Tower. Workers informed me that the same owner owns both and that the other location should still be open. If times are shortened then it would be nice if they’d list this on-line and/or on their door. And both employees were looking right at me while closing down. So strange! Also, don’t bother trying to call. It’s a non-working number.

I will never order online for this location they never have what you order and you lose out on so much money and then when you ask for a refund they tell you to go through the app and there’s no freaking help through the app. You gotta call baskin Robbin’s customer service and wait TWO days just to see what they will do about it.

I door dashed ordered a two scoop sundae. It was supposed to be made with chocolate chip ice cream, hot fudge, and bananas. I got it delivered and it was chocolate ice cream with nuts and whipped cream. That’s it. And I’m allergic to nuts. Very mad

Everytime I'm there later (10pm) I wait 5-10 minutes to place my order. Not because they're busy, but because there's no one up front. No bell on the door, no bell up front, no response to "hello", I just wait.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Girl at the counter was rude! No experience whatsoever on what I was trying to order and so much attitude! Then I tried to call to speak with a manager and she answered and said no one was in and she was by herself! She looked like she was barely 16! Horrible place! I even emailed the store and NEVER got a reply back. Never again going to that place.

Had the banana split tonight after midnight the man at the register was rude and cared about being on his personal cell phone than to take care of us. He acted like we were bothering him just to order and he put very tiny scoops, barely any whip cream and heavy amounts of old stale peanuts, that was hard as a rock, overwhelmed the entire ice cream. When told him about it he acted like he didn't care and didn't offer to fix the issue. He just shrugged his shoulders and gave us an attitude. We also wanted to order a cappuccino blast but got tired of waiting for him and he definitely didn't care to serve us. So we walked and chuck it as a lost. Then a gentleman walk in and called for service. Repeating said hello many times but the guy totally ignored him. So that man just walked out the door. Horrible service and keep your money don't spend here. It old and stale anyways. What's the point of being open at night but have nothing available to buy? No sandwiches, no flatbread, no bagels, no donuts, no coffee, no fresh peanuts or fresh banana, no whip cream etcs the list is endless of what they don't have. Was very disappointed by my banana split.. Never revisiting and spending a penny here again.
