Really disappointed with the service at this Baskin-Robbins. Went through the drive-thru and the staff showed a lot of attitude for no reason. We clearly asked for specific flavors and cone types, but they gave us the wrong ones without even checking or apologizing. It felt like they didn’t care at all about getting the order right or treating customers respectfully. Definitely not the experience you’d expect from a place like this.

I was just there with my wife and kids in the drive-thru and the lady there was very disrespectful. There were no cars behind us, but she was giving an attitude. I’m sorry, but never again will I be going to this location. I would rate it 0 zero stars if I could.

Greeted at the drive thru, ordered, waited a full 5 minutes for confirmation, finally hear a response, asked to order again, drove around, paid, drove home, order was completely wrong. Never agian.

This place is NOT 24 hours. Although that’s what it says on Google. Pulled up at 9:23pm, one employee saw me and he shut off all the lights. Another employee was wrapping up a drive-thru customer. Then they proceeded to shut off the open sign. So I figured maybe the drive-thru is open. Nope, that was closed too. So we decided to drive over to the location at Clock Tower. Workers informed me that the same owner owns both and that the other location should still be open. If times are shortened then it would be nice if they’d list this on-line and/or on their door. And both employees were looking right at me while closing down. So strange! Also, don’t bother trying to call. It’s a non-working number.

I will never order online for this location they never have what you order and you lose out on so much money and then when you ask for a refund they tell you to go through the app and there’s no freaking help through the app. You gotta call baskin Robbin’s customer service and wait TWO days just to see what they will do about it.
I door dashed ordered a two scoop sundae. It was supposed to be made with chocolate chip ice cream, hot fudge, and bananas. I got it delivered and it was chocolate ice cream with nuts and whipped cream. That’s it. And I’m allergic to nuts. Very mad

Everytime I'm there later (10pm) I wait 5-10 minutes to place my order. Not because they're busy, but because there's no one up front. No bell on the door, no bell up front, no response to "hello", I just wait.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. Girl at the counter was rude! No experience whatsoever on what I was trying to order and so much attitude! Then I tried to call to speak with a manager and she answered and said no one was in and she was by herself! She looked like she was barely 16! Horrible place! I even emailed the store and NEVER got a reply back. Never again going to that place.
