Didn't have any flavors we tried to ordered. Nobody understands English. Service was absolutely horrible. We have been with them for a yr. We will never return.

Disappointed on the fact that I went through the drive through at 9:20 pm on 8/2/24 just for them to tell me ‘Sorry but we are now closed.’ I checked the business hours on line and it said this location closes at 10 pm.

I have gone there numerous times in the last 5 years. I have always been disappointed and have continued to allow for individual errors. Unfortunately, not any staff ever served an acceptable chocolate shake. Just went yesterday and for a small and medium shake costing $12+, I received a light chocolate milky shake. Barely chocolate in flavor or color and very thin. Last visit to that location. No improvement over the years! I don’t recommend

It's usually around 3:30AM that I'm filling my tank and my dunkin coffee. The girls working this shift have been excellent and they have been doing a great job since the beginning of the pandemic. Awesome job ladies!

Today I brought my daughter in to getbice cream to carry out. She ordered her ice cream in a dish. We weren't offered a spoon, but there was a metal cylinder that had four spoons left in it next to the cash register. The bowls were facing up/out, you know, where all the other customers must have been touching them all day. I asked the cashier if she had other spoons available. She said no. I said, "These are here with the bowls facing out so everyone must have been touching them all day." She looked at me blankly. Even under normal circumstances, this spoon arrangement is not hygienic, but you'd think that a year into a pandemic, restaurants would be used to not having things that go directly into customers mouths be touched by all the other customers all day long. And it was rude for the cashier to pretend that the restaurant had only those four spoons left to its name.

I had a horrible experience! Two days prior to a birthday celebration I called and ordered an ice cream cake over the phone. I gave all the information needed. When I showed up to pick up the cake, they chose not to make it because the manager, Maria, told the employee she took the order wrong. I still do not know what was wrong with how the order was taken, I was just told sorry—we have no cake for you!!! And I was on my way to the birthday celebration!! Trying to figure something out quickly, I decided to see if I could buy a pre-made cake even though it wouldn’t be made of Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream (the birthday person’s favorite). The only cakes available to choose from said “awesome mom” on them (this was the weekend AFTER Mother’s Day). I asked if they could scrape that off and write Happy Birthday. I was told they don’t know how to do cake designing (!!!!!!!! What?!!!?! I wasn’t asking for a design, just a message written!!!!!). Frustrated by the entire experience, I grabbed a quart of Gold Medal ice cream because I at least needed something for the party. I was not even offered a discount for my troubles. When I emailed the corporate office they said they would have someone immediately contact me and look into what happened. All that came of that was an email from the franchise owner 4 days later saying “I’m sorry. We will train better.” I highly recommend never to visit this franchise of Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts EVER!!!!!
