Absolutely wonderful food. The service was even better, they had the kindest workers and the owner herself was very nice. Will 100 percent be one of my regular spots from now on.

Bea’s restaurant is one of my new favorites! The quality and seasonings of the food including the tostones and maduros were some of the best I’ve ever had! Closest thing you can get to restaurant quality food with the warmth and comfort of a home cooked meal. Bea is also super friendly and a kind presence to check in and chat with her customers! I’m excited to go again!

Amazing! My daughter loves Puerto Rican tostones and found BeaUnique on google maps. We went there for an early lunch. The place is super cute, the service is awesome and the empanadas with plantains, yuca and maduros were fantastic. The owner is super friendly and an inspiration as an entrepreneur. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing food! Everything was so fresh and looked excellent. Wish I would have taken a photo but couldn’t wait to dig in and finish everything to the last bite! We tried the shrimp and queso Birria tacos. This is a must visit in Elgin, go say hi to Bea and the family, you don’t be sorry! ❤️

The food here is absolutely phenomenal. So much flavor in every aspect of the meal. I got the Luchon meal and my partner got the Cubano sandwich. Easily in my top 5 restaurants in the US. Highly recommend you come here.

Holy plantain, some of the best food we've had in the Elgin area. Couldn't say enough wonderful things about the service, as well. So glad we stopped in... we'll be back!

I had gone to Puerto Rico on vacation once, and I have to say this restaurant was tastier than what I had over there. The Jibarito Sandwhich is so good. I had the pork one. It was tender and flavorful. We also had the Caribbean Sampler, it had: yuca fries, sweet plantains, tostones, and flautas accompanied with a sweet sauce and a very yummy green sauce. The owner greeted us and said she loved to cook. We complimented her food. Definitely recommend if you're looking for good Puerto Rican food.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by wonderful music that set the perfect atmosphere. I started with the Caribbean appetizer, and then my sister and I shared the Jibarito sandwich while my mom enjoyed the Bistec Encebollado. Each dish came with a side of green salsa and wow, it was absolutely delicious!
After we finished, BEA herself came to our table to ask how everything was. You can tell she puts so much love and talent into her cooking, she truly has blessed hands to create meals this good.
I’m visiting from Arizona, and dining here was honestly one of the highlights of my trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic flavors and a warm, welcoming experience.
