We have eaten many beef shack dinners over the years. From the original in St Charles to Hoffman Estates now finally in Elgin. We have eaten from the one on rt. 20 before. This time we ordered from the Elgin one on Randall Rd. We were so disappointed with the 3 mini beefs we got. There was only approx an inch and a half of beef on the bun. We were just SO dissatisfied.☹️

Got off 90 at Randall to go to big Sammy’s. Passed beef shack and decided to stop there since it’s been awhile. The saddest beef I’ve ever had at beef shack. But it was expected when I was handed my food immediately after ordering. Return Beef Shack to its former glory when it was just the location off 64.

Beef Shack is one of my favorite spots where I know the food will be consistently delicious! Italian beef, cheesy beef on garlic bread, fresh cut fries with very generous portions! Burgers are huge! $1 hot dogs on Tuesdays, $1 shakes on Saturdays, and the absolute best thing about BS- they show customer appreciation by giving you points when you join rewards program! Great restaurant all around. Love this place.
