Went through drive thru, one car before me, the car infrastructure waited 15 minutes received a small bag. Once I got to window, waited another 10 minutes. Wait time for a drive thru way to long. Need better service.

The guy who took my order looked like he was in a rush. I got a cheesy beef and fries to go. Didn't get offered any peppers and the fries were stale. Come on Beef Shack, you can do better. I was very disappointed in the quality of food and service. I'm not returning to this one.

Ordered food and was missing all my fries when I called the person said they can give me 1 fry even though my Ordered contained 2 fries and was denied when asked to speak to the manager by the person on the phone. Will never deal with them again and hope others will do the same. Horrible way to run a business

Finally. After all this time, I finally found them. THE PERFECT FRIES. Your search can be over too of you come to beef shack.
They were pretty busy when I went but very friendly, clean, and dang they are slinging some great food.
Went today for beefs for my mom and I as I typically visit this location once a week and this experience was absolutely disgusting. The beef tasted gross, we threw away most of it. Waste of money. Sad because I liked this better than Portillo’s.
