Had he most delicious breakfast this morning. Not only great food but our service was fantastic. She had great smile,a happy personality and speedy service. We did not have a long wait for our food ,and it was served popping hot.Highly recommend .

There was no wait, no line. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and the food came out fast!! Which I always appreciate. The food is priced reasonably, and the portion sizes are great!! I ordered a meat lovers omelet with American cheese and spinach, which came with 2 sides. My sides were hashbrowns and 2 pancakes. The omelet was great, and I ate the entire omelet ? The hashbrowns were good, but the pancakes could have been better. They didn't taste fresh to me, and they weren't hot. And yes, I still ate them, I was hungry. Overall, it's a good clean spot to eat at.

Hands down the best restaurant in Elgin. Great food and the best service . I love their fresh made soups everyday. And there food is great no matter what you get. Best kept secret in Elgin. And a big shout out to my server Courtney who is so nice , attentive, Hospitality is so great. Unmatched in my 37 years of life. Courtney you made this man and his family now regulars at this great establishment.

Biscuits and gravy were pretty good. Huge portions in general from what I saw. I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this place, but if you find yourself in the area definitely stop by.

Have driven past this restaurant often, and my husband wanted to try it. We were in the parking lot and turned in between Dunkin and Big Skillet. There were 7 homeless people blocking the way. One of them told my husband we couldn't get through unless he paid $20. My husband politely asked them to move, drove forward, and parked. As soon as we got out of the car we were surrounded and one of the women tried to grab my purse strap. We got back into our car, backed out carefully to make sure we didn't hit anyone and went elsewhere. I understand homelessness is a problem which is why we volunteer at church, donate to food pantries, and give money when we're able, but you shouldn't have to pay the homeless to get into a restaurant. Maybe management should consider doing something about the issue.

Delicious food great breakfast and dinner. Corn beef hash is so good, Denver omelet so good, pork tenderloin so good, fried walleye so good. I've had other meals and never disappointed!!

They have a variety of food to choose from and the staff is very friendly. I haven't had a dish I didn't like.
