It's a worthwhile diner but the cinnamon roll french toast will change your life.

The service was quick initially, however it took a while to get refills for drinks. The food was pretty good, but nothing to bend over backwars for. The atmosphere definitely fits the 65+ community, but was welcoming. I would recommend, and if I'm ever back in town, I would come back. 👍

Big Skillet Restaurant & Pancake House is an experience that goes far beyond breakfast. From the moment you step in, the smell of sizzling batter, bacon, and fresh coffee hits(filling, warm, invigorating) and instantly sets the tone for the day. The staff greet you like old friends, remembering regulars and guiding newcomers through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. Every plate arrives like it was crafted with care — pancakes fluffy, golden, and stacked to perfection; eggs cooked just right; sides seasoned thoughtfully. The portions are generous without feeling overwhelming, and even the little touches(like the homemade syrups and fresh fruit garnishes) show attention that most places overlook. What impressed me most was the seamless timing — drinks refilled without asking, plates cleared unobtrusively, and staff checking in just enough to make you feel cared for without breaking the relaxed atmosphere. Dining here feels less like eating out and more like being welcomed into a kitchen that actually loves what it does. Big Skillet turns breakfast into an event worth savoring, and I left already planning my next visit.

1 platter, is enough for 2 people. They spoil their customers. Treat them like family

Three times I came here for a pickup order something is missing. I'm from out of town so when I am here I usually come to this spot, it used to be really really good but now things are changing. It's turning into the gas station restaurant like they have down the street. Ill drive to the east side of town next time. This place might as well change the name, they are not the original big skillet.

Been over 6 months since I've been there so I have new review . New owners , so food quality has gone down , and prices have gone up . Do not have plans to return . Very disappointed . It used to be a great restaurant , with great prices .

Had he most delicious breakfast this morning. Not only great food but our service was fantastic. She had great smile,a happy personality and speedy service. We did not have a long wait for our food ,and it was served popping hot.Highly recommend .

There was no wait, no line. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and the food came out fast!! Which I always appreciate. The food is priced reasonably, and the portion sizes are great!! I ordered a meat lovers omelet with American cheese and spinach, which came with 2 sides. My sides were hashbrowns and 2 pancakes. The omelet was great, and I ate the entire omelet ? The hashbrowns were good, but the pancakes could have been better. They didn't taste fresh to me, and they weren't hot. And yes, I still ate them, I was hungry. Overall, it's a good clean spot to eat at.
