Every week before my Radio show 1410 AM Saturday noon-one. I stop in for a sandwich usually a Dalek or Whovian and a smoking hot black coffee. one of my reasons for making the drive from Chicago. I might do a book signing there.

The Wife and I have eaten here occasionally since it first opened. Elgin Club is awesome, so is their BLT. Soups are always good as well, and they have excellent coffee's and teas. They remodeled since we were last here, and it is a wonderful improvement. We'll keep coming back.

Asked for a cup of one. Barista refuses. It is literally 90 degrees. Heat exhaustion. It is not rude to ask for a cup of water on a hot summer day. Water is a human right.
