I have had brew and bubble a couple times now and the boba has always been good however, recently when i’ve gone in the tapioca boba in specific is never ready. Especially after opening 2 previously I feel like that’s the type of thing you have ready. This has happened 3 times already to me. Many workers lack customer service skills as well and have often had a male who was rude and disrespectful.

Disappointing. Place was empty on a Sunday afternoon. Service was in the back until about a minute or two. Tapioca was dry and crumbly. The frappe had virtually no flavor.

Our drinks were really good. It is a cute place to get boba and coffee. They have a large selection of flavors on their menu.
