What an ambience, so delightful and the service was awesome. The food was delicious and special credit goes to the Chef.
We celebrated our 52nd Anniversary. Excellent service. Upscale ambience. The steak and lobster was prepared perfect. Delicious.
At a steakhouse, where quality and service should be top priorities, this experience really stood out in the worst way. A proper apology and basic hospitality could have made all the difference, but instead I was left feeling ignored. For the prices charged here, I expected much better quality and customer care.
We had a beautiful dinner on Friday night. We always feel so welcomed by GiGi, and our server Marlene, and Elliott is so friendly and happy to assist with whatever we need during our dinner. We were celebrating 2 birthdays because we don't get together often. Marlene and Elliott brought us dessert and coffee. Food was great, and Larry makes a great manhattan.
We chose Buckinghams for a bday celebration. I liked that there were items priced from $15 items up to $$$$. We get there and are told you have to sit in the bar area if you want to order the less expensive items. You can only sit in the main restaurant if you order much more expensive items like steak or seafood. Bait and switch. Sat in the bar area which is bare bones and open to the lobby of the casino. We ordered 5 different entrees plus appetizers and drinks. Our server was nice but was serving the entire restaurant himself so our service was very slow and nobody came around to bus our table until we asked them to. Not at all what we were expecting and I was embarrassed to find out the strange seating policy in front of our guests. The food was very good but we wont be back.
Great food, ALWAYS!!! Great service, ALWAYS!!! Highly recommend family and friends, to try this place out. It never disappoints. My personal recommendation, is their Chateaubriand
Not sure if there's a new chef, or changes to recipes, but the same dish I had last time I dined here paled in comparison this time. Dissapointing
A steakhouse that can't cook a steak not good over cooked dry and tasteless I liked the soup and my wife liked the salad that was it.
We had to ask for a high chair for our baby. ordered the surf and turf tower medium well, initially it was cooked medium rare and then upon sending it back we received half the steak we sent away horribly overcooked.

It was our first time, service was good. It is an old time Chicago type steak house. The food was good.

Our dinner was top notch on 5/3/25. Service was great, food came out at a nice pace. Everything was at a nice hot edible temperature. Will be back again.

Seated very quickly. Food arrived very fast and very hot. The drinks were good and the ambiance a nice touch. Our waiter was very observant and helpful in deciding on our dishes. It was a pleasant dining experience
Great place food was excellent and at a great price. Will be back to try other things on the menu.
I ordered food to eat there and items to go as well. I ordered four steaks and was to receive two side items for each steak but did not receive half of the side items. I also had diarrhea the evening and two days after eating food from here. Spent a $500 comp I had there and called and complained that I did not receive my side items and spoke with a manager that was supposed to return my call but never did about it nor did my host.
