They got roaches in there and the chicken they gave me was dry like i was eating rat meat. I cant prove it but I know they wiped my chicken on the floor. I will never be coming back to this establishment because they are NASTY.

Great place to walk in and eat, Zach was insanely awesome, super nice and friendly. Service was incredible, felt like kings.

I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order 08/18:2025 at 6.35 p.m. It said my order will be ready by 7 p.m. It was 7:23 and I had asked three times how long more for my order. Every time I asked, they will tell me two more minutes. There was people walking in and out of the restaurant, but my order was no where to be fulfilled. This is not the first time I have an issue at this restaurant, and I've always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another chance. I've tried multiple time. The last two weeks, they were missing my onion rings. Last week, I placed the order. When I got to the restaurant, they were closed. I tried getting a hold of the general manager to try to get my refund from previous items two weeks prior, previous items that were missing. I used rewards in this order, which were not refunded. The general manager said he will call me. Until this day, he has not called me, and it's been over a week. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. So I 100% do not recommend. Also to remark I verified my order yesterday before leaving the restaurant as they’re always missing something in my order and sure enough they had missed my regular fry! When I said I was missing my regular fry the worker looked confused.
Placed a mobile order at this location yesterday. Went to go pick up my order to then not be acknowledged by anyone when I arrived. Got home to find that my order was incorrect so I called the location to see about a resolution. Spoke to an employee who transferred me to a manger by the name of George. George seemed very polite and apologetic. Stated they could replace my order if I went back in that moment. I wasn’t able to so he told me to call back today and speak to a Zach who he would make aware of the situation. When I called in today there was no Zach, but instead a closing manager who then put me on hold for over 15 minutes. What seemed to be another employee then answered the phone and after I spoke they hung up on me. Called back twice to then be auto hung up on until I was finally able to get in touch with someone. Spoke to the same closing manager who sounded like he would be able to help me to then tell me George has a habit of telling customers such things and no note was made of my situation and I would have to call back again tomorrow to speak to Zach. Wasted my time and no resolution was had.

The food was good. However, 2 parts of the order were wrong. 1st one came without the sauce on it, no problem, they were boneless, and sauce came with, but the 2nd order for 20 traditional with 10 honey BBQ and 10 medium was way off. I got 18 with half mango habanero and half medium.

I already started munching on the fries oops there was more. I ordered from here around 10pm today for delivery with DoorDash. I called and asked if they could add grilled onions because I thought it was the same as the regular dine in place. The worker went out of his way and asked me if I wanted to add 2 grilled onion rings on it with no additional charge which was soooo nice! The fries with the desert heat was gas. So was my all American burger😛😛 I’m confused with all the bad reviews to be honest because my food was gas. But then again I did get it delivered instead of going in to pick it up.

Called to place an order for pickup. The guy on the phone said they were not doing phone orders, only walk ins. I showed up as a walk in to place my order and the worker was mad at me for ordering. So confusing. He then told me that he does this so that the customers end up not coming. This really shows how this business is ran. Do not come here.

I enjoy their service and the food does not take too long compared to most B-Dub location’s. Also, I get better deals for the wings.
